Colour Story: Petal & Earth

Love this colour story centered around Pantone's colour of the year Mocha Mousse. The rise of slow living and sensorial fashion is leading to increased preference for gentle, nurturing palettes inspired by the natural and the romantic.

The other weeks I started doing research, curious to see the fashion landscape and the latest trends in menswear graphic prints and patterns.

I miss designing prints for menswear... I have spent more than half of my graphic design career working for the menswear dept. first at Puma then more recent at Esprit and it felt right.

Designing for menswear is less flowery, they are more "serious" they are just a bit different. There are shirts, I love shirts, they have mini, micro prints, geos and foulards. There is a different color palette that is closer to my personal taste. Less pink less purple, less sweet.
